There are several reasons why your model number may not have been recognized by Toy Service Center.
 

• Model number was entered incorrectly.
• Model number is not in Toy Service Center's system.
• Model number entered is not a Power Wheels, but some other brand.

If the model number you entered is identifcal to the the number on the model identification sticker, and has an extension such as (-9993 or -9997) try entering the model number without the extension.
